Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after payment or agreed terms are confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may contact you if stock, freight, pricing, destination access, or product information requires clarification before acceptance.
Product use and warranties
Customers are responsible for choosing equipment suitable for the intended task and following the manufacturer documentation and safety requirements. Any manufacturer or supplier warranty is subject to its stated coverage; Kayros Tool does not claim to be a manufacturer unless expressly identified.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss connected to the affected order. These terms are interpreted under applicable Indonesian law.
Product-specific documentation, an accepted quotation, an order confirmation, and applicable law take priority where they provide more specific requirements.
