60-day return eligibility
The product must be unused, uninstalled, unfueled, and in its original condition. Original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and serial-number markings must be included. Proof of purchase from Kayros Tool is required, and the request must be submitted within 60 days after delivery.
Restricted products
Special-order, made-to-order, customized, cut-to-length, opened consumable, software, gift-card, hazardous-liquid, or final-sale products are not returnable where that restriction was disclosed before purchase. This does not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. After verification, Kayros Tool will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping when an item arrived damaged, is defective, was sent incorrectly, or is materially different from its listing.
Standard return shipping
For an eligible return not caused by damage, defect, an incorrect shipment, or a listing error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable and appropriately insured service. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Return destination
Do not send a return to a manufacturer or to our address without approval. Approved returns will be directed to Kayros Tool, Jl Raya Perancis Bl C-10/28, Kosambi, Tangerang, Banten 15213, Indonesia, or another destination stated in the return instructions.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect the returned product and confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact sales@kayrostool.com or call or WhatsApp +62 881-0242-74117 before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility, provide instructions, and determine whether a replacement is available.
Product-specific documentation, an accepted quotation, an order confirmation, and applicable law take priority where they provide more specific requirements.
