1. Send your list
WhatsApp +62 881-0242-74117 or email sales@kayrostool.com with the product names or part numbers, quantities, delivery address and the date you need the equipment.
2. Receive a written quotation
Within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB) we reply with unit prices, shipping cost, expected dispatch date and how long the quotation stays valid.
3. Confirm and pay
A quotation becomes an order once you accept it in writing and payment is completed. We then send an order confirmation with the agreed items, price and delivery details.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Orders ship from our warehouse in Tangerang, Indonesia, normally within 1–3 business days after payment. For heavy or multiple items we confirm receiving access and unloading arrangements before dispatch.
